Feather is option which makes edges in to smooth for any image

1. Open Photoshop
2. Insert any Image ( see: how to insert image in Photoshop )
   
3. Make a Selection of area which you want to apply Feather
   
   
   
   
4. Go to SELECT Menu and choose Feather Option (shortcut Key: Alt+Ctrl+D)
   
   
   
   
5. Press 2 - 3 times Delete Option from Keyboard
   
   
   
   
6. See Edges of Image we can find smooth edges.
7. Done.
