These steps explanes

  1. Take New Document
  2. Draw Circle with Red Gradient ( Layer 1 at Frame 1)
  3. Press F6 ( F6 std's for Inserting Key Frame )
  4. Select Circle and apply Blue Gradient ( Layer 1 at Frame 2)
  5. Again Press F6
  6. Select Circle and apply Green Gradient ( Layer 1 at Frame 3)
  7. Now See the Output by Pressing Ctrl+ Enter
